He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Gregory and Ruby Summers Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Karen Gregory; his children, Jody Midkiff, Clay Gregory and Cole Gregory; his grandchildren, Stephanie Gadsby, Chance Gregory and Casey Gregory; his great grandchildren, Brandi and Jessie Gadsby; and his sister Hope Blake. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
