She is survived by: her children, Lee Lewis (Kathy) of Amsterdam, Wayne Lewis (Phyllis) of Aliquippa, Paul Lewis of Denison, Timothy Lewis of Tucson, Arizona, Cecelia Greer of Wichita Falls, Gail Smith (Howard) of Denison, Susan Hughes of Collinsville and Amy Lewis of Amsterdam, Missouri. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
