He is survived by: his former wife Darlene Hoaglan; his children, Wilbur A. Armstrong (Roselynn), Dean Armstrong, Kathy J. Waldmer (Mike) and Darla L. Armstsrong; and his stepchildren, John Sapp (Michelle) and Katie Fraizer (Jim Thompson). He is also survived by five grandchildren, six step grandchildren, two great grandchildren, seven great stepgrandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
