He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ebert and Phebe Louise Lockard Westover; his children, Quincy Ivan Westover and Anita Vivian Westover; and his sister Joyce Westover.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Anna Westover; his daughters, Tina Burns and Tiffany Nelson; his stepchildren, A. G. Plumb, Mark Plumb, Jeffery Plumb and Audra Peters; and his siblings, Freda Reinke, Marvin Westover, Beulah Epperson and Ruth Douglas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (1301 N Orange St, Butler, MO 64730). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
