He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Rosier and Vera Rosier (White). He is survived by: his wife Janice Lee Stoff; his sons, Mark of Stanberry and Kirby (Kim) of Mound City; his grandsons, Joshua (Ryann), Dylan (Lauren), Jared (Amanda), Cole (Holly), Gage (Ashley), Conner and Mason (Jyssica); his great grandchildren, Jaelynne, Reagan, Hunter, Camden, Brynlee, Rylin, Kinsley, Bristol, Claire, Maclin, Grayson, Charlie, Breckin, Rowan, Lane, Maeve and Blakely; his stepgreat-grandson Kayden; his siblings, Larry of Rolla, MO and Connie Bintner (Bob) of Lee's Summit, MO; and his nephews, Scott and Eric Bintner.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the FFA Chapters in Mound City and Stanberry, MO, or the Noyes Home for Children.
