He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Curtis and Martha Curtis (King); his sisters, Josephine Purcell, Helen Hoffman and Alphonsine McCarty; his daughters, Barbara and Anna Marie; his daughter-in-law Gina Curtis; and his grandsons, Kyle Curtis, Carl A. Curtis, Nicholas Sutton, Greg Roberts and Raymond Price.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Hook; his children, Carol Bower (Mike), Shirley Kline (Greg), Karen Oliver (Gary), Peggy Schrader (Paul), Julie Mindermann (Paul), Mary Good (Chris), Bill Curtis (Cindie), John Curtis (late Gina) and Jesse Curtis (Susan); and his nephew Eugene Hook. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Mosaic Life Care – Hospice at 5506 Corporate Drive Suite 1600, St. Joseph, Missouri 64507.
