He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Perkins and Wyatt A. Perkins; and his siblings, Kenneth, Charles and Dixie.
He is survived by: his sons, Sam Perkins (Monica) and Nik Perkins; his grandsons, Patrick Greer and Isaak Perkins; and his siblings, Leon Perkins, Ann Anderson and Larry Perkins.
