He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Russell and Meredith Russell (O'Callaghan); and his brothers, Bob Russell II and Wesley Russell. He is survived by: his wife Janet P. Sollars; his children, Rick Russell II of Amazonia, Teresa Woosley (Drew) of Amazonia, Eric Uehlin (Krisma) of Savannah and Erica Mullins (Jeff) of Savannah, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Denziel Russell, Jordan Woosley (Atleigh), Chris Mullins, Delanie Weitlich (John), Kendrick Uehlin (Morgan), Kiazer Russell (Heather), Kalen Russell, Bela Russell, Ella Mullins, Willow Russell and Ryker Mullins; his great grandchildren, Emilee, Renlee, Kiazer, Brecklynn, Amelia, Breighlynn and Ricky; and his siblings, Linda Rifenbark (Mike) and Steve Russell (Tammie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Noyes Home for Children.
