It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Williams Freda (Alton, Missouri), who passed away on November 19, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvis Wheeler and Shirley Wheeler. She is survived by: her husband James Edward Williams; her children, Ricky Williams (Rona) and Vicky Mullins (James); her grandchildren, Brent, Brittany, Casey, Nora, Makenzie and Natalie; and her sister Leila. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
