He is survived by: his children, Billie Sisco of Alton, MO and Brian Blankenship (Jeanine) of Thayer, MO; his grandchildren, Cassie Shields (Harry), Hayley Qualls (Douglas), Elly Burrell, Anna Blankenship, Amy Leavey (Johnny), Austin Williams (Gavin), Caleb Russell, Riley Blankenship and Levi Blankenship; his great grandchildren, Lilly Shields, Logan Shields, Myles Leavey and Emerald Williams; and his sister Maxine Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
