She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Porter Masters and Millie Malone Masters; and her siblings, Flora Vining, Homer, Zeb, Bill and Ray Masters.
She is survived by: her son Ted Herbert; her grandson Glenn Jordan; her great grandchildren, Hope and Luke Jordan; and her husband Bro. John Bird. She is also survived by several step-children and great grandchildren, and many special friends.
