He is survived by: his wife Pam; his son Lucas Lee Simmons; his siblings, Glenda Elaine Simmons, Wayne Simmons (Sherry) and Clint Simmons (Tanya); and his parents, Lucas Leroy Simmons, Sr. and Rebecca Simmons. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
