He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos Hand and Leona Bowerman Hand; and his grandparents, Jim, Pearl Hand, Rueben Bowerman and Clara Johnson Bowerman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Hand and Rita Brandon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Oak Hill Missionary Baptist church.
