He was predeceased by: his mother Judith McMillen. He is survived by: his father Walter McMillen; his wife Judy McMillen; his children, Tonya McMillen and Kurt Burcham; his grandson Allen Burcham (Rachel); his sisters, Melissa Berry and Marti VanRoy (Richard); and his sisters-in-law, Joan Kozma (Joe), Lisa Picker (Michael) and Tonja McColloch (Michael). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
