He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Arnold and Norma Arnold. He is survived by: his brothers, Russell (Jeanie) of Doniphan, MO, Nathan (Norma) of Doniphan, MO and Ricky (Rhonda) of Myrtle, MO. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
