Ramsey is survived by: children, Sunshine Rosa, Shirley Fugoe and Roger Ramsey; siblings, Barbara McCullough, Ralph Ramsey and Jean Floyd; and grandchildren, Abigail, Timothy and Carissa. Ramsey is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
