He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rackley and Jo Ella Dodson Rackley; his grandparents, Reverend Clarence, Berlie Hall Dodson, James and Lena Mitchell Rackley; and his father-in-law Charles Croney.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Lynn Croney Rackley; his sons, Gregory James Rackley of Myrtle, MO and Bradley Jason Rackley of Springfield, MO; his grandchildren, Shaylee Delean Rackley (Zech Trammell) of Alton, MO, Allison Mae Rackley and Liam James Rackley of Myrtle, MO; his great grandchild Wes Trammell of Alton, MO; his siblings, Janet Rackley of Branson, MO, Patti Collins of Alton, MO, Nancy Rackley Pickney (Kevin) of Pittsburg, MO and Mark Rackley (Kristie) of Alton, MO; his mother-in-law Lillie Croney of Myrtle, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey Croney (Michelle Lee) of Couch, MO and Amy Story (Kary) of Pocahontas, AR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
