He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Linvel O'Neal and Goldie O'Neal; his children, Ricky Leroy O'Neal (Kimberly) of Belton, MO and Laura Kathleen O'Neal Massey (Tim) of Ozark, MO; his sister Martha Neet of Mesa, AZ.; his sisters-in-law, Sheila Brown and LaDean Bell; his grandchildren, Kimmy, Ricky A. (Maurika), Justina, Holly, Brittney, Jamie, Marcus, Christian, Kaliyah, Steven, Kathleen (Christopher) and Keegan; and his great grandchildren, Rylie, Paisley, Austin, Naleece, McKinlee, David and Loraine. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
