Smith of Couch, MO; her children, Lajunia Johnson of Couch, MO and Garland Smith (Missy) of West Plains, MO; her siblings, Dallas Middleton of Alton, MO, Jill Shaw, Genetta Hensley of West Plains, MO, Donna Morrison of Alton, MO, Tammy Kszywienski of Camden, TN and Linda Sweet of Portageville, MO; and her sisters-in-law, Rhonda Middleton of West Plains, MO, Pam Middleton of Litchfield Park, AZ and Catherine Hollis of Alton, MO. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
