He is survived by: his children, Mellissa Carroll (Gerald), Kerri Bettis (Mike Infranca), Tiffany Shields (Gene) and Jared Bettis; his grandchildren, Josh, Lonnie, Marie, Kendra, Levi, Mason of Izzie, J. T. and Sawyer; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Zander and Elijah; and his siblings, Carolyn, Dorothy, Julie, Delmar, Floyd, Doyle, Annalene, Imogene, Viola and Linda. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
