She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Helterbrand and Jesse Helterbrand; and her brother Daniel Helterbrand. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Mercer; her brothers, Bob Helterbrand and Leonard Helterbrand; her sons, Steven and Michael May; and her sisters, Dorothy VanDyke, Imogene Pough, Maxine VanDyke and Thelma Taylor. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; sixteen great-great-grandchildren.
