Johnson; his sister Heather Meyers (Eric); his children, Megan Candice Dawn Charbauski, Taylor Charbauski, Abigail Charbauski, Preston Charbauski and Ryan Charbauski; and his nieces and nephews, Brody Charbauski (Zoie), Kaleb Meyers, Jake Meyers and Emily Dutton (Holdin). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
