She is survived by: her husband Bill Blankenship; her children, Billie Sisco and Brian Blankenship (Jeanine); her siblings, Barbara Simpson and Danny Simpson (Faye); her grandchildren, Cassie Shields (Harry), Hayley Qualls (Douglas), Elly Burrell, Anna Blankenship, Amy Leavey (Johnny), Austin Blankenship, Caleb Russell, Riley Blankenship and Levi Blankenship; her great grandchildren, Lilly Shields, Logan Shields, Miles Leavey and Emmy Williams; and her sister Wilma Pratt.
