It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Schmidt (Alma, Missouri), who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anita Maack and Arthur Maack; her husband Edward; her sister Marilyn Kreutz; and her grandson Matthew Arnold.

She is survived by: her children, Ellen (Arnold), Edward Schmidt, Susan (Taylor), Jane (Stabenow) and Ann (Zimmermann); and her sister Edith Koehler (Edie). She is also survived by her five children, seventeen grandchildren, many great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
