The memory of Roland Edward Nienhueser of Alma, Missouri, who passed away on March 28, 2025 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wilbert, Leonard, Laura, Dorothy and Velma.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jo Crockett; his children, Kris Elmshaeuser (Karl) of Waverly, NE, Keven Wrege (Tom) of Georgetown, TX, Dwayne Nienhueser (Roberta) of Waverly, MO and Jamie Johanson (Dale) of Norfolk, NE; his grandchildren, Zachary Elmshaeuser, Joshua Elmshaeuser (Angela), Noah Elmshaeuser (Jessica), Caleb Wrege (Sarah Lane), Coleson Wrege (Tatiana), Ben Nienhueser, Seth Johanson (Tiffany), Tim Nienhueser, Elijah Elmshaeuser (Janie Lyerly), Sadie Josko (Nick), Kate Utecht (Amos), Annika Johanson (Joe Buckley) and Aaron Johanson (Hannah Taylor); his great grandchildren, Oliver, Henry, James, Arthur, Charlotte, Lucy, Liam, Adaline and Utecht; and his sister Gertrude Rolf of Higginsville, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (310 Waverly Ave, Alma, MO 64001). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery (310 Waverly Ave, Alma, MO 64001).
