She is survived by: her children, Ronald Ray, Derinda Kay, Lorie Ann, Martia Summers (Williams) of Mexico, MO, Lynn Chambers of Macomb, IL and Kevin Pipes of Albia, Iowa.; her grandchildren, Dustin (Heidi Chambers), Lynnsey (Bret Simons) and Taylor Stacy of Des Moines, IA.; her stepgrandchildren, Justin Pipes of Ottumwa, IA, Kristin Burton of Ottumwa, IA and Jessica Pipes of Des Moines, IA.; her great grandchildren, Emerson Chambers, Joenna Sears, Luka Stacy, Becket Simons, Kenliegh Burton, Brinkleigh, Bexleigh and Grayden Heinrichs; her sister Jennie Choate of Kansas City, MO.; her nieces, Chris Fleshman and Jeanie Johnson; and her friend Deb Hamilton.
