He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Miller and Verna Knopf Miller. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Meyer; his children, Steve Miller (Angie) of Weston, FL, Chris Miller (Cari) of McKinney, TX and Stacey Miller (Robert Pufahl) of Columbia, MO; and his grandchildren, Max, Morgan, Kolby, Taylor, Harper, Sam, Addy and Rhett.
