She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas "Tom" Edward Pinegar and Lela Madge Pinegar (Buckner); her sister Darlene Pinegar Mincks (Jim); her daughter Rebecca Neal; her grandson Christopher Neal Courtney (Olivia); her great grandchildren, Nolan, Viviana, Maddox and Maylee; her friend Dawn Jenkins; her sister-in-law Carol Pinegar; her daughter Barbra Ann Crites (Bobbie); her brother Thomas "Ed" Pinegar; and her pet Rusty. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews.
