She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Stokes and Mary Lydia Stokes (Seaton); her husband Lyle Gilliam Waugh; and her siblings, Walter A., Thurman E., Howard Stokes and Ida M. Richardson.
She is survived by: her sons, John, Richard L. (Sharlene) and Clinton (John A. Waugh); her granddaughter Tracy R. Smith; and her great grandchildren, Brittni A. Waugh, Harlee D. Smith, Tyler J. Waugh, Norfolk and Amanda D. Mays. She is also survived by seven great-great grandchildren; four nieces and five nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Norris United Methodist Church and can be left in care of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home.
