He is survived by: his brother Lawrence (Butch); his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth and Thomas; his siblings, Ronald Daw (Marianne), Barbara Young (Larry) and Sharon Menke (Doug); and his brother-in-law Rich Wolfert (late Patricia). He is also survived by his family and friends.
