She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Maynard and Zelda Maynard (Vorhies); her husband John "Jack" Fox; her stepfather John Raich; her sons, John D. Fox, Jr. and Douglas Wayne Fox; and her brothers, Doug Maynard and Kenny Maynard.
She is survived by: her sons, Floyd Fox of Wayland, MO, William Fox (Ruth) of Kahoka, MO, Tim Fox of South Dakota and Michael Fox (Jeri) of Kahoka, MO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, 1 great niece, 3 great nephews.
