He was predeceased by: his parents, Vancel Small and Roberta Small (Buford); his wife Dixie Leeper (Hawkins); and his brother Randy Small. He is survived by: his children, Greg Leeper (Vickie) of Keokuk, Randy Leeper (Ariel) of Keokuk, Grady Small (Kelsey) of Alexandria, Jennifer Ludwig of Keokuk and Andrea Travis (Zach) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Shaide, Cole, Gavin, Gabbie, Ellie, Breckyn, Abel, Sebastian and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Aubrie; his siblings, Jesse Small of Arbela, Jody Small of Memphis, Bobby Small (Shelley) of Memphis, John Small (Tonya) of Memphis, LeAnna Holden of Baring, Lynette "Buffy" Bell of Memphis and Angel Arnold of Memphis; and his sister-in-law Connie Small of Bloomfield. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
