It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Judson Cooper of Alexandria, Missouri, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dexter Cooper and Hilda Ruth Garrett Cooper; his sons, Dexter Cooper, Jr. and Charles Cooper Jr.; his stepsons, Danny Spurgeon and Kevin Spurgeon; and his sisters, Betty Lou Cooper and Hilda Mitchell.

He is survived by: his former wife Sarah Lewis; his children, David Lorentzen of Nebraska, Sarah Cooper of Keokuk and Sherry Cooper of Keokuk; and his stepsons, Kenny Spurgeon of Keokuk, Raymond Boyd of Keokuk and Jeff Boyd of Kahoka, MO. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
