He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Cramer and Viola "Vi" Cramer; his sister Delores "Deedee" Blanchard; his son Edward A. Cramer; his former wife Shirley Allen; and his wife Maxine Cramer.
He is survived by: his close friend Hazel Lee; his son Charles Cramer (Nancy) of Lake City, FL; his brother Gerald Cramer (Joann) of Keokuk; his granddaughters, Shawna Lanee (Rusty Burkeen) of Murray and Casey Cramer (Melissa) of Fort Myers, FL; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Efinger, Madelynn Efinger and Olivia Cramer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
