He was predeceased by: his parents, William Applegate and Helen Applegate; and his sister Beverly Wooliver. He is survived by: his son Brian Applegate; his grandchildren, Cameron and Caiden Applegate; and his siblings, Vernon, Rick Applegate, Connie Clark and Cleta Wooliver.
