He was predeceased by: his parents, James Freeze and Lyndell Freeze; his sister Mary Anna Freeze; his son Jackie Freeze; and his grandson Caleb Freeze.
He is survived by: his wife Lorene Freeze; his son Jay Freeze (Penny); his daughter-in-law Leah Freeze; his siblings, Jimmy Freeze, Joe Freeze and June Beach; his grandchildren, Cody (Allison Freeze), Julie (Andrew Vanhooser) and Kyle (Mati Freeze); and his great grandchildren, Everly and Ila Freeze.
Due to Covid-19, friends and family are welcome to view and pay their respects at their convenience on Tuesday from 12:00 p. m. to 5:00 p. m. in Greenfield Funeral Chapel, and a walk-through on Wednesday from 1:00 p. m. to 2:00 p. m. in the Bona Church of Christ.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fair Haven Children's Home.
