He is survived by: his children, Samuel J., Anna L., Patricia L. and Beverly Ann Lowrey (Bendl); his wife Beverly Chapman; his stepson Sean Lowrey (Renée); his granddaughter McKenna Lowrey; his sisters, Ann Waterman (James), Patricia Knauss and Rock; and his niece Mari Chapman.
