He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell James King Sr. and Emily Jane King (Pierce); his son David Allen King; his siblings, Jerry King, Norman King and Esther Rice (King); his mother-in-law Marjorie Toombs; and his brother-in-law Dan Garton.
He is survived by: his wife Mardell Manion; his children, Krissy Friedman (Michael) of Urbana and Russell "Rusty" King (Amanda) of McFall; his stepsons, Mark Manion (Barbara) of Smithville and Michael D. Manion of Gentry; his granddaughter Chloe Friedman; his siblings, Marrianne Littlejohn (King) of St Joseph, Fern Hamm of Savannah and Vern King (Barb) of Albany; and his sisters-in-law, Harriet Augustin of New Braunfels, TX and Linda Garton of Williamsburg, VA. He is also survived by 7 step grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren.
