She is survived by: her husband James Cox; her daughter Ginger Summa; her son-in-law Brian Summa; her grandchildren, Madison Summa and Zac Summa of Darlington, MO; and her siblings, Peggy Fenner (Gary) of Leawood, KS, Larry Stevens (Debbie) and William Stevens. She is also survived by 4 step-children, 5 step-grandchildren, 7 step-greatgrandchildren.
