He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin McGinley and Ida Belle McGinley (Jones); his wife Lora Lee of Cainsville, MO; his son Thomas; his siblings, Evelyn Louise Summa and Hobert McGinley; and his son-in-law Steve Lincoln.
He is survived by: his children, Kathie Lincoln of Council Bluffs, IA, Karen Poe (Randy) of Blue Springs, MO and Kenneth McGinley (Becky) of Albany, MO.; his grandchildren, Ryan Lincoln (Sara) of Council Bluffs, IA, Brent Lincoln (Jamie) of Malvern, IA, Nathan Noble (Alisha) of Albany, MO and Meagan Chapman (Nick); and his friend Benetah McGinley.
