He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin C. Miller and Ethel Miller (Hathaway); his wife Margie; and his sister Joyce Smith. He is survived by: his son Tom Miller (Kim); his grandchildren, Lori DePaolo (Camdon) and Casey Miller (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Hayley and Tabby; and his siblings, JoAnn Pierce, Marilyn McMillen and Max Miller (Kansas City). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
