With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marion Dale Burton of Albany, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Marion and Anna Evelyn Burton (Wood); and his siblings, Donald, Robert, Jimmy, Wesely, Charles and Gladys Lininger.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Daniel Burton (Lacey) of Bethany, MO, Matt Burton (Isis) of Lake Viking, MO and Jeremy Burton of Coffey, MO; his stepsons, H. Aro DePoy (Tami) of Bremen, IN, George Greenwell (Amanda) of Alexandria, VA and Casey Greenwell of Grant City, MO; and his siblings, Louise Moad of Albany, MO, Barbara King of Albany, MO, Elizabeth Butterfield (Alfred) of Albany, MO and Harold Burton (Linda) of Albany, MO. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Roberson-Polley Chapel (403 N Hundley St, Albany, MO 64402).
