He is survived by: his children, Cerissa Welsh, Dennis Welsh of Crocker, MO, Misty Steinbach of Plato, MO, Edgel Dibben (Amanda) of Niangua, MO and Clyde Welsh (Shelly) of Wessington Springs, SD; his adoptive daughters, Bendi and Denice; and his siblings, Virginia Stapleton (Lee) of Douglas, GA and Terry Forbis. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
