He is survived by: his wife Sonya Payne; his children, Brent Owens (Brittany) and Winter Clayton (Tim); his granddaughters, Abby Owens, Bethany, Piper and Myla Owens; his stepgrandson Brantley; his siblings, Ted Owens (Betty), Steve Owens (Janet), Carl Owens (Elaine), Kathryn Overly (John) and Barb Stewart (Mike); his sister-in-law Roberta "Bert" Owens; his sister Susan; and his brother-in-law David Hansel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
