He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Welty and JoAnn Welty (Hardin); and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his sister Stacey Lewis (Jason); his stepmother Ermagene Uthe (LL); and his nieces and nephews, Chrystina Lewis (Mitch), Bailey Lewis, Brandon Lewis, Ryan Lewis and Blaike of Coffey, MO. He is also survived by three step-brothers; four step-sisters and several step-nieces and nephews.
