He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhueben Miller and Belle Miller (Fowler); his spouse Genell Whitlow; and his siblings, Claudine Daniel and A. D. Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Laquetta Horsman (Dennis), Sue Miller (Harold Ward), Keith "Wilbur" Miller, Shelia Clark (Robbie) and Ivan Miller (Anna); his grandson Bobby Miller (Ashley); his children, Hannah Eiberger (Jordan), Rachel Clark, Bailey Moad, Kaylee Eskridge (James) and Riley Miller; his great grandchildren, Sam, Seth and Shae Miller; and his grandchildren, Payden Fones, Gia and Kyha Eiberger.
