She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Palazzolo and Dorothy Palazzolo (Payne); her husband Joseph Jerome McGuirk; her son Scott Anthony Herpers; and her brother Michael Anthony Palazzolo.

She is survived by: her siblings, Angela Scott and Andy Palazzolo.
