He was predeceased by: his wife Marietta Binz; and his siblings, Lou Binz and Bob. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Don (Kathy Binz), Dan (Mary Binz), Tom (Stephanie Binz), Jeff Binz (Jim) and Christine Binz; and his grandchildren, Dr. Nikki (Frank Grecco), David (Liz), Steven (Stephanie), John (Kirsten), Andrew (Laura), Kristen, Andrea (Etienne Carabeufs), Scott (Ashley), Ryan and Matthew Binz.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Homes - South County Chapel (4830 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church (11910 Eddie & Park Rd, St. Louis, MO 63126). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park (10180 Gravois Rd, Affton, MO 63123).
