She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Jeffrey and Minnie Louise Johansmeier; her son Michael Conger (Donald Conger) of Hedrick; and her sisters, Marilyn Carter, Donna Hulbert and Rhonda Jeffery.
She is survived by: her husband Norman Leroy Shelby; her daughters, Phyllis Turner (Donald) of Tuscumbia and Theresa Vorhise (Kirby); and her sisters, Joann Chambers (Arlen) of Des Moines, Ruth Rogers of Davenport, Arlene Kildow (Jim) of Eldon, Carol Ann Turner (Joe) of Davenport, Linda Kay Coon of Davenport, Kathryn Jones of Eldon and Debra Murphy of Eldon, Iowa.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren; four brothers.
