He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Harp and Willa Dean Harp (Fulford); his son Jeffrey Harp; his siblings, Tony Harp and Pam Allen (Harp); and his granddaughter Liberty Jo Stout.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Harp (West); his children, James West (Casey) of Gatewood, Andrew Harp (Niki) of Doniphan, Adam Harp of Doniphan, Heath Harp (Ashley) of Doniphan, Shelley Stout (Ross) of Doniphan and Shannon Holt (Brian) of Advance; his siblings, Athena Moore (Art) of Paducah, KY, Suzanne Schultz of Paducah, KY, Carl Harp (Kathy) of Doniphan and Charles Harp (Mary) of Hickory, KY; and his brother-in-law Rick Allen of Doniphan. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel (606 Walnut St, Doniphan, MO 63935). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at the Poynor Cemetery.
